By accessing or using Bunya, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Bunya is an invoicing platform that enables businesses to create, send, and manage invoices. Payment processing is provided via Stripe Connect.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Token System & Billing

Bunya uses a token-based system. Each invoice finalization consumes one token. Tokens are non-refundable once used. Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use Bunya for illegal activities, to send fraudulent invoices, or in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bunya is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
